We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and respectful environment for all clients. Any form of bullying or hate speech towards clients, staff, or others will not be tolerated. Inappropriate behaviour will result in removal from the platform and/or refusal of service.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We understand that life happens, but this allows us to offer your time slot to other clients.
3. Late Policy
We understand that sometimes delays are unavoidable. While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, please note that this may not always be possible, and we may need to reschedule your appointment. Arriving on time ensures that we have enough time to provide you with the highest level of care.

5. Liability and Disclaimer

We will provide you with full aftercare instructions to minimize risk, but please be aware that results may vary, and no guarantees regarding outcomes can be made.

8. Governing Body
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, I am governed by the Royal College of Nursing (RCN), ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism in every treatment provided.
9. No Refund Policy
Once a product has been purchased and used during your treatment, we are unable to offer refunds. This is to ensure the safety and quality of all products and services.
